How Successful People Make the Most of Their Yoga, Nutrition, Healthy Food, Health And Wellness You Have Everything In Recent Years To Be The Best Style

Yoga, Nutrition, Healthy Food, Health And Wellness You

Yoga, Nutrition, Healthy Food, Health And Wellness

As Gsy Life has given me the theme for this month; I’m sitting on Planet Organic on Tottenham Court Road, amidst a host of people rushing to pack their supplements, free gluten-free crisps & organic veg, a wall-mounted wall with Yoga Mat’s bags or draped over your shoulders. The line is congested and the tolls are crashing and there is real noise in the air. Not only do people accept the new social norms but they also become truly happy by taking care of themselves.

And yes, I feel as stylish as I am here! I put on the ‘gear’ and recently ordered my healthy and nutritious salad, while taking a lunch break at the well-known London Yoga Studio, and of course it sounds great to sit down and watch all this relaxing in front of my eyes. I spent most of my yoga career in and out of various world studios in all corners of the globe, and, strangely enough, a leading LA-based yoga teacher recently told me how much she loved that London was 'getting it!'

We move slowly but surely we turn away from eating a lot of fast and processed food, packaged on the edge with sugar and refined salt, and are extremely reliable for synthetic waste.

I mean we were all there - checking our phones regularly, ignoring our body aches and crying for rest, taking that fast food or snack because we really don’t have the ‘time’ to stand up and prepare something healthy!

We are a population every time the phone rings or we hear a new sound, spikes of the hormone cortisol, but the thing is, our cortisol levels were originally created for us to be in 'airplane or combat' mode where a terrifying encounter with a bear in the forest while hunting, not reacting to them all aspects of our modern technology.

Our sleep levels have dropped dramatically, our levels or medications prescribed for stress and anxiety have increased tenfold, and we are obviously losing contact with us as more human beings.

Now, I'm not the one who can say what we should be like, I'm actually guilty of all of the above in person - and panic attacks, sometimes with the level of learning being learned. I can see firsthand that our email check-ups start in the morning, and soon after opening our eyes it becomes normal. I have worked in finance for 14 years and ignored my lower back pain, stress levels always frustrated me, and sometimes I found support in Asia; Finding myself among other colleagues after a long day looking at our three glowing screens, watching the volatility of the market in green and green, we just went to the winery and sat there until we completely blocked any signs of mind or body slowing down.

So what I am saying is that while Yoga and Health and Wellbeing is a style, I hope that instead of being the next pillar in the dating cycle or the latest thing, that we become accustomed to knowing fully and continue to carry the burden of our health and well-being.

When current trends are in vogue; we tend to go first to change everything at once, and then curse ourselves when we 'slide', but wouldn't it be better if we just let these positive changes be seen by just taking care of ourselves a little bit, committing ourselves to seeing when we need to slow down, and when we feel frustrated or just tired, we actually take the time to stop if just for a moment, maybe cook a healthy meal, as set out in a click into the escape via social media.

Personally, learning to take better care of myself little by little and by digestion has given me a chance to think for myself and have a bigger mind, and by practicing being kind to myself, sometimes also means enjoying cocktails for girls and not feeling guilty about it, and certainly eating that last cake!

In yoga, we say our practice of longevity, we practice to improve the quality of our life, but not that we are not perfect. We train our bodies and minds, not our egos.

And I hope that with all my heart people continue to educate themselves about the great knowledge of healthy & healthy food, which is now ubiquitous.

We are also very blessed to live on an island full of thoughtful, kind, educated and knowledgeable teachers to guide us on our journey, it may take us a little bit to open our eyes to what is the current style of style, sustainable, positive and balanced change you have to live with.

And as a wise teacher once taught me, it is the joy of being free, and the freedom to make decisions.

Yoga is now integrated worldwide, Yoga Elements GG is the Channel Islands leading outside Yoga practitioners, and Katie, who teaches all of our Yoga blogs, has been conducting Yoga classes in Guernsey, Channel Islands for the past 5 years. Katie began practicing Yoga in her twenties. Like many, he went in and out of his routine until something big changed everything. Katie was facing a job with a lot of financial pressure, along with a backlog that was weakening (which refused to be ignored); she gave him a complete recipe for stress-related stress.
