Vitamin C
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) has great antioxidant properties. We can find it in abundance in vegetables and fruits.
Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin C is important in many biological reactions such as tyrosine oxidation in the formation of norepinephrine and hydroxylation of proline in collagen synthesis.
